Damages & Returns

In case of product failure in the first month after purchase, we will generate an exchange at no additional cost.

We ask that you send the product back to our store with your full name, telephone number, order number and invoice.

The resending will be made within a maximum period of 8 working days, after receiving the product in the store. The exchange for the new product is subject to the existing stock.
